By purchasing a Reservation, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the entire item listing before committing to purchase; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a Reservation when you commit to purchase a Reservation of participation and complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services are on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional pricing and sales tax information is available on the checkout page.

RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS:​
The value of the reservation for participation in the 1st Expo Tango Catalunya is €50.- to be paid on this site by debit and/or credit card.
To complete and validate the Full Pack Premium access, you must complete the payment of €70.- at the time of accreditation in person at the Expo Tango Catalunya for the moment and with prior notice of new means of payment, it will only be in cash.

REFUND:
Expo Tango Catalunya will not make any refund of the value of the reservation for participation in the 1st Expo Tango Catalunya under any circumstances.

 

Preservation of the right to change the offer

We may, with notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for services. We may terminate or suspend access to the Services permanently or temporarily with notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials included in or transferred by it, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual property rights related to it are the exclusive property of Expo Tango Catalunya. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or by virtue of such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You acknowledge and agree that by uploading any content (including, without limitation, designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artwork, interfaces, text, and literary works) through any medium to the website, you confirm that you own all relevant rights or have received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/submit the content. You agree and consent that uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on the Website.

 

Right to suspend or cancel the user account.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole discretion, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request the termination of your account and/or any service at any time. Without prejudice to any provision to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to the reservation of participation in Expo Tango Catalunya, it will not be refundable under any circumstances, except if Expo Tango Catalunya is suspended for reasons of force majeure, said amount will be returned.

You agree to indemnify and hold Expo Tango Catalunya harmless from any demand, loss, liability, claim or expense (including attorneys' fees), made against you by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Expo Tango Catalunya be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
