Alberto Bersini and Paola Pinessi, Couple in Life and Dance, live in Bergamo. Alberto has been dancing for 32 years and has participated in numerous International Tango Festivals. He was a choreographer and dancer in various theater shows including Tango Vivo, and danced with the orchestras Viento de Tango, Four For Tango, in the theaters of Warsaw, Krakow, Belgrade and other European theaters. He winner of 5 Italian F.I.D.S. Federal Championships, 2 IDO World Championships in 2005 and 2006, and the IDO European Championship. in 2004; Winner of the Italian selections announced by the Government of Buenos Aires in 2005 in Ferrara; 7th place in the World Tango Championship of Buenos Aires 2005; Award for the best couple chosen by the public at the World Cup in Buenos Aires in 2006; He has participated in various television programs, including as a guest of Paolo Limiti, Licia Colò, Maurizio Costanzo, on Canale 5, Rete 4, Rai 1 and Rai 2. They are currently participating in teaching and performing at various Tango events and festivals alongside artists and orchestras of international caliber and organize every year the "Bergamo FesTango", the festival of the City of a Thousand Hugs.
